Dyet Yarns is a small operation that I run for the love of fiber. I'm
a student of Environmental Law with a background in environmental
science, and I love creating fiber crafts. After college, I learned
how to dye yarn, and I have been experimenting with color and fiber
ever since. This business helps me bring in a little extra to support
my fiber habit while sharing my art with others. My work tends toward
small batches that create unique few-of-a-kind products. I believe
that an artist should use all of the materials available, so I use
both new and upcycled yarns and a variety of dyes. Since I learned to
spin over the summer of 2010, I have also started dyeing spinning fiber!
