Magic & Moonshine,
where all yarns are hand-painted in colors inspired by color and dance, poetry and trees. 
I dye color changing, self striping, tonal, and variegated yarns, always playing with color and looking
for ways to suggest movement.  Bases are chosen based on softness, texture, sheen, and fiber make up. 

How did I come up with the name? 
Moonshine is a nod to my Southern upbringing—fireflies and hot nights, blues and okra. 
Magic?  Well, it’s all around us, everyday. 
I gasp at the joy and beauty of the world around me;
if that’s not magic, what is?

I love custom dyeing—creating a skein just for your project.
