How do I place an order?

Go to our Big Cartel shop at the specified time and date to get a box. 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept PayPal as well as Stripe for payments. We plan to expand our payment options soon. Purchase of the Phat Fiber Sampler includes free domestic shipping. We add $10 to ship to Canada and $21 to ship everywhere else. 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. These boxes sell very quickly. We do not accept returns, however, you are always welcomed to offer your intact (includes all samples) and unused box to our many social networks for resale. Contact us if you are not happy. We will help you sell the box as we often have requests for boxes after the sale happens.
