Our September Sampler this month is all about the 80's decade. I really love all the colors & textures that we got in this month and am so excited to share it with you all. It will be available for purchase tomorrow morning 9/21 @ 10 am PST on our website so set your alarms :)
We only have a short video for you this month but because tomorrow is the 21st of September I have another video for you! One of my favorite songs! Heehee! I'm really loving the decade themes, maybe there will be a 70's one sometime next year? I'm working on a questionnaire to get feedback on theme ideas for 2020 so if you are subscribed to our newsletter be sure to check your email in a month or so.
GIVEAWAYS! I was unable to get the giveaways for this month up earlier this week but will be holding a dance contest via "gifs" on our FB group. September happenings:
There are a few shows coming up that we've been preppin' for and there was the creation of the Spin Together event that will be the first week of October. We created a team and I believe we may have few spots for spinners but there are definitely other teams too that are open and available, everyone is welcome. A few of our artists have created coupon codes for the participants in their shops and these will be announced in our Team Spinners Group as well as the main Spin Together on FB. You can visit the Spintogther.org to learn more about this fun online event that you don't want to miss. The last day to sign up is 9/30 and the contest runs 10/2-10/6. There have been a ton of great prizes being donated and it will be so much fun!
Our PF artists here in the Pacific Northwest have a big fiber festival coming up. If you are anywhere near here I would highly recommend making the trip. Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival in Canby, Oregon continues to grow every year and it is my all time favorite place to vend. I will have my Curly C'ewes booth outside on the lawn and you will find some Hanks in the hood products there as well as Phat Fiber items. Gayle with Plum Crazy Fiber Arts will be there as well with her luxury fibers in the bunny barn and Coleen with Blessed Creations has moved from the porch to the Sheep barn. She will have some wonderful pelts there, I adore mine! It's been a little crazy with the weather here so I am hoping the universe aligns and we get a sunny weekend. I'm planning on doing some live videos from there if I can and I will be sure to get plenty of photos to come back with and share.
